I developed the key artwork and identity for the 92nd Street Y's summer classes marketing campaign.
Every season, the organization updates and refreshes it's messaging and visual style to ensure that communications are engaging and relevant.
I went with a bright, attention-grabbing color palette that exudes the heat of a New York City summer.
I contrasted densly packed isometric buildings with airy, floating, flat graphic elements to reflect the sense of playfulness and possibility that learning new skills can offer.
This illustration needed to be generic enough to represent the wide range of classes being offered, and flexible enough to work in a variety of print and digital formats.
This is why I chose to create a modular system where elements could easily animated and moved around to fit different compositions.
